Even with the snow in poor condition, snowshoeing on the Makmel Mountain at the end of the season was still an unforgettable experience. The crisp mountain air, the vast, rugged beauty of the landscape, and the quiet solitude of the peaks made every step worth it. We were simply alone on the Mountain! It was a reminder that adventure isn’t just about perfect conditions—it’s about embracing the journey, finding joy in the moment, and appreciating nature in all its forms.. my 7th “Col des Cèdres” climb and undoubtedly one of the most thrilling..
