Starting at the Kings Park Visitors Centre, there is a detailed trailhead. The Law Walk initially is a wide paved path. Once past the Lotterywest Walkway, the path becomes steep in places unsuitable for wheelchairs. It continues to the Dryandra lookout which overlooks Matilda Bay.
The return walk is on a sandy trail sometimes covered with mulch. It passes through native bush with lots of flowers in spring. It rejoins the pathway before heading to the Lotterywest walkway. This is a treetop walk through the marri and jarrah trees from a birds view.
Along the walk there are spectacular views of Perth City, Matilda Bay the Swan and Canning Rivers. The lookouts have interpretive signs to identify some of the things you are looking at. Trees and shrubs are identified along the way. Indigenous stories are explained in relevant places.
Overall this walk has everything and is the best walk in the city area.
