This is a circular running route passing through most of the forest around Fussingø. You can do many variations of this route. The level (terrain and navigation) is easy, but you might consider to bring water and the local map (brochure) for orientation. The trees are beautiful, with mixtures of pine and deciduous forest. I saw deer on several occasions.
